Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 May 2026
What this covers
These terms govern the free diagnostic tools and content on tools.bigm.live. The BIGM product itself (at bigm.live) has its own terms.
Free tools, no warranty
The LinkedIn Outreach Health Check and the Cold Outreach Cemetery are free. You use them at your own risk. We do our best to keep the scoring calibrated against real LinkedIn behaviour, but no diagnostic is perfect. Decisions about your sales operation are yours; we are not responsible for outcomes that depend on those decisions.
What you provide is yours
The answers you input to the diagnostic remain yours. We store anonymized aggregates for the Cemetery dataset (no email attached); if you opt into the email-gated playbook, we store the address you provided to send the playbook and (if you also subscribe) the quarterly cemetery report. You can request deletion at any time at umur@bigm.live.
What we publish is ours
The 5-touch playbook, fix sheets, scoring methodology, manifesto, and all written content on this site are BIGM's intellectual property. You can quote them with attribution. Republishing the playbook PDF or the cemetery report wholesale is not allowed without written permission; a quick email gets you a permission line for legitimate use cases.
What we measure
We use Plausible (cookieless) by default. Marketing pixels (Meta, LinkedIn) load only after you click "Allow" in our consent banner. Detail is in our privacy policy.
No guarantees on availability
We may take this site down, change it, or restructure it without notice. The diagnostic is informational; do not architect your sales operation assuming we will keep serving it indefinitely. If you want a stable diagnostic, the same logic is delivered inside the BIGM product.
No relationship implied
Completing the diagnostic, downloading the playbook, or subscribing to the cemetery report does not create a contract or consulting relationship with BIGM. To work with us, book a call from the unlocked report screen.
