Privacy Policy

This policy covers tools.bigm.live and its subpaths. The primary BIGM product site at bigm.live has its own privacy policy.

Page visits (anonymous)

We use Plausible Analytics for page visits and quiz progress events. Plausible is cookieless and does not collect personal data; aggregate counts only. No consent required.

Quiz submissions

When you complete the LinkedIn outreach health check, we send the anonymized answers (score, verdict, weakness ids) to a private webhook so we can compile sector statistics for the Cemetery dataset. We do not collect or send your email at this step unless you explicitly submit it via the email-gate form.

Email captures

Two surfaces ask for your email: the quiz report unlock ("send me the playbook") and the Cemetery quarterly report subscription. In both cases:

• We store the address only for the purpose you submitted it
• We do not sell, share, or trade it with third parties
• Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe
• You can request deletion at any time: umur@bigm.live

Marketing pixels (optional, consent-gated)

If you click "Allow" on our cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure ad performance. You can decline; the site works identically without them. We never receive personal data from these pixels — only aggregate event counts we can match back to ad campaigns.

• Plausible Analytics aggregate pageviews + custom events, cookieless, EU-hosted, no personal data
• Microsoft Clarity anonymized session recordings and heatmaps for UX improvement, no PII, IP-anonymized by default
• Supabase our database. Stores email captures, quiz answers, unsubscribe state, email-event audit log. EU instance, encrypted at rest
• Resend email delivery for the playbook + nurture + cemetery quarterly. Resend may store open / click events for deliverability monitoring; we delete on your forget-me request
• Calendly if you book a 15-min audit call. Your Calendly invitee data is governed by Calendly's privacy policy; we only receive your email + the meeting time
• Cloudflare Turnstile bot prevention on the email form, processes a one-time token; no personal data
• Telegram if your quiz result triggers a "hot lead" alert, your email + score + weakness list is forwarded to the BIGM team's Telegram chat for sub-60-min manual outreach. Forget-me request removes you from this channel
• Meta / LinkedIn ad-attribution pixels, only if you opt in via the cookie banner, only aggregate event counts

That is the entire list. We do not sell data to anyone, including our own investors.

• Request a copy of what we have on you
• Request deletion (self-service via the API endpoint below)
• Withdraw consent for marketing pixels
• Unsubscribe from all emails with one click

Self-service deletion: any unsubscribe link in any email we sent you is also a valid token for the deletion endpoint at /api/forget-me. POST your email + the token from the link and we permanently remove your lead row + email events. (Anonymized quiz submissions remain because they have no personally identifying column.)
